This is my modified Draken I printer.
- Custom borosilicate glass PDMS/FEP vat
- Vivitek DH913 conversion to run 28 um X/Y resolution in slot 6
- Smaller solid aluminum build plate for the smaller build size of the Vivitek.
I also have a small build plate with holes in it for use with more viscous resins. It helps reduce the drag, but it does reduce the amount of cured surface area on the initial layers, so you need to increase the size of your base to compensate for it.
I've used this setup to print all of my jewelry prints using 3DFacture's green castable resin. I've been using this since it was first introduced and have had good results with it - the resin prints fast and has good detail.
